QA Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled QA Manager to join our team at RBW Consulting. As a QA Manager, you will be responsible for leading a small team and overseeing all aspects of quality assurance.

Key responsibilities will include:

  1. Leading a small team of quality professionals
  2. Developing and implementing quality management systems
  3. Conducting audits and investigations
  4. Providing training and coaching to team members
  5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met

Requirements for this role include:

  • Experience working in a GMP environment
  • Aseptic experience is beneficial, but non-sterile environments will also be considered
  • Leadership and management experience is preferred
  • Strong hands-on experience of quality activities, especially in relation to QMS oversight
  • Auditing experience is essential, with lead auditor experience being advantageous
  • Knowledge and experience of validation activities
