Quality Assurance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at RBW Consulting LLP. As a key member of our Quality team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our client's operations.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance, with experience in a GMP environment. Aseptic experience is beneficial, but non-sterile environments will also be considered. Leadership and management experience is preferred, as well as strong hands-on experience of a range of quality activities, especially in relation to QMS oversight.

Auditing experience is essential, and knowledge and experience of validation activities are highly desirable. If you have been a lead auditor, this would be advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a small team of quality professionals in ensuring the highest standards of quality in our client's operations
  • Develop and implement quality systems and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Conduct audits and investigations to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality is integrated into all aspects of the business
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and regulatory bodies
