We are seeking an experienced HR Training Coordinator to join our team in Central London. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the organisation's training and development programmes by coordinating external and mandatory training, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with training requirements.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating external and mandatory training sessions.
  • Maintaining accurate training records and ensuring compliance with training requirements.
  • Providing support for staff in accessing the Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Collaborating with the EDI Coordinator on onboarding and orientation programmes for new employees.
  • Implementing and monitoring departmental inductions.
  • Supporting the Performance Management process.
  • Monitoring and managing the probationary review process.

About Us

We are a residential care village in Central London offering a competitive salary of £27,000 to £30,000 per annum, plus excellent benefits. As an HR Training Coordinator, you will work closely with the HR team to develop and implement effective training programmes that meet organisational needs.

Your Skills and Qualifications

">

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of learning methods and styles, as well as experience in delivering training programmes. A CIPD L&D Level 3 qualification is desirable but not essential.

Salary and Benefits

">

The salary for this position is £27,000 to £30,000 per annum, plus excellent benefits. You will work 41 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with the option to work from home one day a week after six months.
