We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Break Charity. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to young people in our residential services.

As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of the young people we support. You will work closely with our therapeutic team to provide a safe and nurturing environment, and help our young people to overcome challenges and achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized support and care to young people in our residential services
  • Work collaboratively with our therapeutic team to develop and implement care plans
  • Support young people to participate in activities and therapies to promote their physical, emotional, and social well-being
  • Contribute to a safe and respectful environment, promoting positive relationships and behaviors
