About the Job:

This is an exciting opportunity to join CHASE as a Senior Brand Management Professional and contribute to the growth of our rare disease brand in the UK.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing a collaborative launch plan, leading cross-functional teams, and managing agency relationships to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

As the UK Senior Brand Manager, you will:

  • Ensure insights from experts/KOLs are shared with relevant internal stakeholders
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve brand goals
  • Develop and implement a collaborative launch plan
  • Manage agency relationships to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Anticipate obstacles and their implications through strong customer-facing relationships
Candidate Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Degree level essential; marketing or scientific qualification preferred
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work on a broad range of activities and multitask
  • Flexible attitude, strong drive for results, and proactive approach
  • Ambitious and ability to develop through marketing career path
  • Experience in rare/ultra-rare disease brand management, digital marketing, and CRM systems
  • Product launch experience
  • Line management experience
