About the Role

As a Scientific Training Director for Rare Diseases, you will play a key role in developing and delivering therapeutic area scientific training programs for our team. With a focus on knowledge transfer and collaboration, this position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the field of rare diseases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver therapeutic area scientific training programs for medical functions, ensuring alignment with asset medical strategy and TA advances.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners/providers to assess therapeutic area and scientific knowledge, identifying local training needs and implementing solutions.
  • Lead training execution and monitoring, ensuring sustainability of training through timely updates and revisions.
Requirements
  • Relevant qualification, ideally a post-graduate degree (e.g., MSc, PhD, MD, PharmD, MBA), coupled with experience in Medical Affairs or significant experience in a Medical Communications Agency working within Specialty Care.
  • Proven track record in data analysis and statistics for understanding clinical study results and developing/delivering training materials.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of approximately £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for growth and development within our organization.
