Job Summary

We are currently seeking a confident and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Gledholt Mews and Coach House. As an RMN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our service users, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to promote recovery and independence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individual care plans in collaboration with service users, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Deliver person-centered care, promoting recovery and independence through a range of interventions and activities.
  • Work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care and support, managing medication, risk, and crisis situations as required.
  • Participate in regular audits and quality improvement initiatives to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained.

Requirements

  • A valid RMN qualification and NMC registration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with service users, families, and colleagues.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to meet the needs of our service users.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of mental health legislation, policies, and procedures.
