Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Gledholt Mews and Coach House in Huddersfield. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing outstanding care and support to our residents, helping them to achieve their recovery goals and live fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individual care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.
  2. Work collaboratively with the management team to develop and implement care strategies that promote recovery, life skills, and community integration.
  3. Administer medications and ensure that individual care plans are complete and maintained in accordance with NMC guidelines.
  4. Provide emotional support and guidance to residents, promoting a positive and empowering environment.
  5. Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • A valid RMN qualification and NMC registration.
  • A good understanding of the latest nursing practices and a commitment to patient recovery.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals.
