We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Phonics Learning Support Specialist to join our team. As a Phonics Learning Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting students from diverse backgrounds and abilities, helping them achieve their best start in life.

Key Responsibilities:

* Support disadvantaged children, those with SEND, and high-achieving students to overcome academic challenges.
* Collaborate with EYFS and KS1 Teachers and the SEND team to provide tailored support for each student.
* Apply your university knowledge to enhance children's English and Literacy skills.
* Integrate real-world events into the curriculum to encourage critical thinking and a broader worldview.
* Opportunity for schools direct teacher training after a year ideal for Phonics Learning Support Specialists aiming for a teaching career

Requirements:

* First-class graduates from a top UK university with a degree in English, Linguistics, Education, or related fields.
* A genuine passion for working with vulnerable and disadvantaged children, along with a kind and caring demeanour.
* Previous tutoring or teaching experience is a plus.
* Interest in Linguistics or a future as a Primary School Teacher or Speech and Language professional.
* A patient and nurturing approach to learning.
