Job Overview
"We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Site Foreman to oversee and manage our construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction procedures, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to lead and coordinate a team of workers.
"The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating on-site construction activities, ensuring that all work is carried out in accordance with safety regulations and building codes. They will also be responsible for directing and leading workers and subcontractors on-site, monitoring and reporting on project progress to senior management and clients, managing schedules, materials, and equipment, and resolving on-site issues and conflicts.
"Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate on-site construction activities.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
  • Direct and lead workers and subcontractors on-site.
  • Monitor and report project progress.
  • Manage schedules, materials, and equipment.
  • Resolve on-site issues and conflicts.

The estimated salary for this position is £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Requirements:
"To be successful in this role, you will need to have a proven track record as a Site Foreman or similar supervisory role in construction. You should have a strong knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and safety regulations. Excellent organizational and leadership skills are essential, as well as the ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, and construction documents. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also required, as well as problem-solving abilities and relevant certifications and qualifications.
