Sales Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our Kent division's Sales team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Sales Office Manager and Sales Department with administrative tasks, ensuring seamless sales progression from reservation to legal completion.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional administrative support to the Sales Office Manager, Sales Managers, and Sales Department, including producing letters, memos, reports, and spreadsheets.
- Record and input sales releases, reservations, cancellations, exchanges, handovers, legal completions, bespoke options, and variations onto our sales system.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date development details on our sales systems, website, and sales and marketing websites.
- Produce weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports for the Sales Department, Divisional management, and Group.
- Coordinate information distribution between the Sales Department and other departments within the Division.
- Register plots with the NHBC and record them on our sales system.
- Experience in a busy and fast-paced administration role, with sales experience desirable.
- GCSE Maths and English – Grade 4/C or above (or equivalent).
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and administration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on deadlines and multitasking.
- Proficient IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook), and adaptability to new systems.
