Sales Coordinator

Bellway, one of the UK's largest house builders, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join its Kent division's Sales team.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the Sales Office Manager in progressing sales from reservation to legal completion, including liaising with solicitors and collating legal documents.
- Provide secretarial support to the Sales Office Manager, Head of Sales/Sales Director, Sales Managers, and sales department, including producing letters, memos, reports, spreadsheets, filing, diary management, and organizing meetings.
- Record and input sales releases, reservations, cancellations, exchanges, handovers, legal completions, bespoke options, and variations onto the sales system.
- Ensure development details are up to date and accurate on sales systems, website, and sales and marketing websites.
- Produce weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports required by the sales department, Divisional management, and Group.
- Coordinate information distribution between the sales department and other departments within the Division.
- Register plots with the NHBC and record on the sales system.
- Experience in a busy and fast-paced administration role.
- Desirable: experience in sales.
- GCSE Maths and English – Grade 4/C or above (or equivalent).
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organization and administration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
