Set in a restored 18th-century manor in the English countryside, Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire offers a serene and welcoming atmosphere. With 500 acres of picturesque landscape, our hotel grounds provide a unique opportunity to connect with nature and enjoy a range of outdoor activities.
Job Summary:
The Executive Pastry Chef will support the Executive Chef in the day-to-day operation of the Kitchen's bake/pastry department. This includes overseeing all operations, training, quality control inspections, food safety assurance, and supervising staff to ensure the highest standards of food quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operation of the Kitchen's bake/pastry department.
- Train and develop staff to ensure high-quality food production.
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure consistency and excellence.
- Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met.
- Supervise staff to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
