About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and talented Executive Pastry Chef to join our culinary team at Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the pastry department, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, and leading a team of skilled pastry chefs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the preparation and presentation of all pastry dishes, including desserts, breads, and pastries
  • Develop and implement new pastry recipes and menus to enhance the guest experience
  • Train and mentor junior pastry chefs to ensure consistent quality and high standards
  • Conduct quality control inspections to ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef and other kitchen team members to ensure seamless service and high-quality food presentation

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Pastry Chef in a high-end hotel or restaurant
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional food quality and presentation
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
