About the Role:
This is a full-time position that requires the successful candidate to work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute merchandising strategies that drive sales and improve customer satisfaction. As a Digital Merchandiser, you will be responsible for managing and optimising the online product catalogue, developing and executing merchandising strategies, analysing sales data and customer behaviour, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to plan and execute digital campaigns.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Optimise the online product assortment to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute merchandising strategies to maximise sales, conversion rates, and average order value.
  • Analyse sales data, customer behaviour, and market trends to identify opportunities for product placement, promotions, and inventory adjustments.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to plan and execute digital campaigns, including product launches, seasonal promotions, and special events.
  • Monitor website performance, user experience, and key performance indicators to inform strategic decisions.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics.

Salary: The estimated salary for this role is around $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
