Our client, a leading IT solutions provider, In Technology Group Limited, is seeking a skilled Technical MSP Engineer to deliver exceptional technology and customer service. The ideal candidate will have experience with Azure AD & Active Directory, Office 365 and applications, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, WAN/LAN, Hyper-V / VMware, Security - Anti-virus, Anti-spam etc, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Exchange, Firewalls, Routers, Switches.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients remotely and face-to-face.
- Provide advanced troubleshooting and resolution for network and system issues.
- Manage and maintain client infrastructure, including servers, networks, and applications.
- Perform regular system monitoring, backups, and maintenance tasks.
- Escalate and manage complex technical issues to 3rd line support when necessary.
- Install, configure, and update software and hardware components.
- Monitor and respond to service desk tickets in a timely manner.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of client environments and issue resolutions.
Requirements:
- Strong technical knowledge and experience in IT infrastructure, network management, and cybersecurity.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
