This role offers a unique opportunity for a maintenance gardener to transition into a landscape gardener position or for a horticulturist/soft-landscaper to advance their career. The position starts as a landscape gardener working under supervision, with the potential to evolve into a team leader role, accompanied by pay increases based on skills and capability.

Any additional training required to enable this role will be provided at the company's expense.

Working with Us

HL Services specializes in soft-landscaping and wildlife-friendly gardens, with some hard-landscaping projects also undertaken. We are looking for someone who is comfortable completing hard landscaping and ad hoc duties as required.

In a typical maintenance day, we visit 2 or 3 gardens, with no rush to move from one garden to the next.

  • Horticultural/maintenance and/or soft landscaping experience (mandatory)
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • A full, clean UK driving license (mandatory)
  • Punctuality and house-keeping (mandatory)
