Senior Client Funds Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Client Funds Officer to join our dedicated Client Funds Team on a 12-month fixed term contract. The successful candidate will provide exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their financial affairs are managed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert financial guidance and support to clients, ensuring their financial needs are met and their best interests are served.
  • Collaborate with the Client Funds Team to develop and implement effective financial plans, ensuring clients' financial goals are achieved.
  • Manage complex financial information, including benefits, applications to Court, and annual reporting to the Office of the Public Guardian.
  • Travel throughout the county to meet with clients, other council representatives, and outside organizations as required.
  • Ensure compliance with national legislation, policies, and guidance, maintaining the highest standards of financial management.
