About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Team Manager to join our Adult Countywide Living in Care Home Review Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of practitioners who support adults with physical disabilities and older people, alongside their families and informal carers.

The ideal candidate will have a background in Adult Social Care and experience of working with care homes. They will be proactive and adaptable, with a passion for ensuring that adults receiving care and support in our area receive a positive experience.

The team is busy and lively, and the successful candidate will need to be able to travel independently between locations within Cambridgeshire.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of practitioners who support adults with physical disabilities and older people
  • Develop and implement plans to improve the quality of care and support provided to adults in care homes
  • Work closely with other teams and stakeholders to ensure that the needs of adults in care homes are met
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the team's work and make recommendations for improvement
