Job Title: Landscape Gardener/Trainee Team Leader

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Landscape Gardener/Trainee Team Leader to join our team at HL Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our clients' gardens, while also developing your skills and knowledge to become a successful team leader.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform maintenance and landscaping tasks in our clients' gardens, including pruning, weeding, and planting.
  • Work under supervision to develop your skills and knowledge, with opportunities for career advancement to team leader.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of landscaping projects, including soft landscaping and wildlife-friendly gardens.
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure high-quality work and excellent customer service.
Requirements:
  • Horticultural/maintenance and/or soft landscaping experience (mandatory)
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • A full, clean UK driving license (mandatory)
  • Punctuality and house-keeping (mandatory)
