We are looking for a Personal Support Coordinator who is passionate about enabling individuals with learning disabilities to live fulfilling lives. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our tenants to develop personalized support plans that promote independence, choice, and inclusion.

Key responsibilities include providing regular and intensive day-to-day support, assisting with daily living tasks, and encouraging participation in activities that promote physical and mental well-being.

Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be flexible and willing to learn new skills, and be committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred support.

Salary: £22,500 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience
