About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated individual to join our team as a Support Services Coordinator. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and making a real difference in the lives of our tenants.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of providing high-quality support services, promoting excellent communication skills, and working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve outstanding results.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading by example and promoting our customer service standards
  • Deputising for Service Managers and mentoring Team Leaders and Support Workers
  • Mentoring and coaching staff to ensure they are equipped to deliver exceptional support services

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A strong understanding of the importance of excellent customer service
  • Proven experience of working in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including:
