Personal Support Assistant

We are recruiting for a Support Worker to join our team in Brentwood. At Lifeways, we put the people we support at the heart of everything we do.
Lifeways provides supported living and residential care for individuals with complex needs, including acquired brain injury, learning disability, autism, physical disabilities, and mental health.
This role is an integral part of the team, ensuring the person we support can live as independently as possible within their own home and wider community.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide personal care and assist with daily tasks
- Support with meal preparation and planning
- Maintain mental wellbeing
- Engage individual in hobbies, activities, and events
This role involves working weekdays and weekends, with 10 or 12 hour shifts available (8am-8pm, 10am-10pm, 12pm-10pm).
