About the Position:We are looking for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at ClassRoom Support.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:- Creating and implementing bespoke learning plans for students with special educational needs (SEN).
- Offering one-to-one support and guidance to students with SEN.
- Cultivating a supportive and inclusive learning environment for students with SEN.
- A valid DBS certificate is obligatory.
- Considerable experience working with students with SEN is indispensable.
- A degree or certification in education or SEN is highly beneficial.
- A deep understanding of SEN strategies and best practices is critical.
- A competitive annual salary: £30,000 - £38,000.
