A Nuclear Infrastructure Engineering Director is required to lead the development and application of effective EC&I engineering solutions for various projects across U.K nuclear infrastructure

In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of nuclear infrastructure while mentoring and developing skilled engineering talent.

About the Job

  • You will be responsible for developing and sustaining process engineering capabilities to support the engineering function.
  • Implement EC&I engineering solutions for projects, ensuring they are suitably qualified and experienced (SQEP) for their roles.
  • Manage the acquisition and strategic allocation of EC&I engineering resources, optimizing deployment for maximum value.
  • Lead and mentor direct reports, developing their performance and expertise.
  • Communicate and liaise with regulatory bodies as needed, reviewing relevant legislation to incorporate requirements into procedures.
  • Oversee the collation and dissemination of engineering learnings and best practices.
  • Work within financial delegations, approving engineering procedures and standards.

Estimated Salary: £85,000 - £105,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits including non-contributory pension scheme, comprehensive private medical insurance, and generous holiday allowance.
