The Role

We have a superb opportunity for a Spa Receptionist to join the team on a temporary basis to cover maternity leave. As Spa Receptionist, your duties will include welcoming guests and members to the spa, making spa bookings, upselling treatments and spa products, conducting show rounds, and performing general day-to-day spa reception duties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests and members to the spa and provide exceptional customer service
  • Make spa bookings and manage reservations
  • Upsell treatments and spa products to increase revenue
  • Conduct show rounds to showcase our facilities and services
  • Perform general day-to-day spa reception duties
