About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and empathetic Receptionist to join our team at Nuffield Health's Brighton Hospital. As the face of our organization, you will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the healthcare team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing patient records.
- Use your excellent communication skills to build positive relationships with patients, visitors, and colleagues.
- Work closely with the healthcare team to ensure the smooth operation of the department.
- Prepare clinical paperwork, referral forms, and other documents as required.
