Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the healthcare team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing patient records.
- Use your excellent communication skills to build positive relationships with patients, visitors, and colleagues.
- Ensure the smooth operation of the reception area, including managing appointments, bookings, and clinical paperwork.
