We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team at the Prince Regent Swimming Complex. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing a warm and welcoming experience that sets the tone for their visit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Operate the till, process transactions, and manage cash handling.
- Assist with membership sales, promotions, and events.
- Develop strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and partners.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting diversity and equality.
