Job Title: Casino Receptionist

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Casino Receptionist to join our team at Metropolitan Gaming Group. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet and greet customers, assisting with any queries and ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Ensure that all customers are dealt with in an efficient and courteous manner, providing accurate information and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Look for opportunities to engage with our customers, explaining the benefits of player rewards and assisting customers to sign up.
  • Receiving and logging telephone calls and other communications to the venue.
Requirements:
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a strong focus on providing a high level of service to our guests.
  • Courteous and friendly outlook, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Good grooming and presentable, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Customer service experience in previous roles, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality service.
  • Team player, with a flexible attitude and a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Pro-active approach, able to work autonomously and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to communicate on all levels, including senior management.
  • Good IT skills in normal Microsoft applications (Word, Excel).
  • A high level of personal integrity, with a strong work ethic and a passion for exceeding expectations.
