Service Manager for Medium Secure Unit

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Service Manager to join our team at Kent and Medway NHS & Social Care Partnership Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management of the wards and the Forensic Outreach Liaison Service (FOLS).
Main Responsibilities
- Working closely with the professional heads and the General Manager to provide assurance that the quality of clinical services meets high standards.
- Investigating serious incidents, complaints, and staffing issues, and ensuring compliance with mandatory reporting.
- Appraisal, supervision, and training of staff, and ensuring effective care pathways.
