Finance Administrator Specialist

MSS seeks an experienced Finance Administrator Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will have 5 GSCE's or equivalent experience, a basic DBS, and proficiency in financial procedures.
The job entails paying mileage claims, setting up carer bank details, checking payments, administering Imprest and Voluntary fund accounts, and monitoring team inboxes.
We offer a competitive hourly rate of £11.79, weekly pay, online timesheets, a 24-hour helpline, and accrued holidays.
Key Responsibilities
This role requires strong IT literacy in finance systems and Excel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for tasks such as sending and replying to emails, and working a flexible schedule with two days in the office.
Essential Skills
Candidates must possess excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a basic understanding of financial software and systems.
