Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team in the gynaecology service. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our specialist teams, including receiving telephone calls and enquiries, managing outpatient procedures and communicating with clinical staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide administrative support to our specialist teams in the gynaecology service.
  • To receive and manage telephone calls and enquiries from patients, colleagues and external contacts.
  • To help manage outpatient procedures, appointment booking and assess clinical activity to ensure accurate bookings.
  • To communicate with secretarial and clinical team regarding patients' procedure details and instruction.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year's experience working in an administrative and/or reception position.
  • Good standard of verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good standard of keyboard skills.

What We Offer:

A competitive salary of £20,000-£25,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of additional benefits including flexible working, pension contributions and annual leave allowance.
