We are seeking an experienced evaluation leader to join our team at Hasson Associates Recruitment Ltd. As a Senior Director, you will be responsible for designing and directing a portfolio of evaluation studies on government policies related to science, technology, infrastructure, business, and net zero.
Key Responsibilities- Design and direct evaluation studies on government policies
- Provide technical, management, and development support to colleagues
- Contribute to the development and delivery of our wider evaluation service offer for the government
- Lead a team of experts in the design and delivery of environmental policy evaluations, research, and analysis
To be considered for this role, you should have a strong track record in the design and delivery of environmental policy evaluations, research, and analysis for the UK Government. You should also have an expert understanding of the theory and application of impact and/or process evaluation methods, experience of leadership in a consulting or similar project-based environment, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
