Evaluation Director

Ipsos Public Affairs Crime and Justice team is seeking an Evaluation Director to join our team, helping to deliver high-profile evaluation studies across various policy areas.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead high-profile studies and contribute to business strategy
- Direct a range of evaluation projects through the full project cycle
- Line manage senior staff and oversee process, impact, and economic evaluations
- Contribute to business development and identify opportunities for further growth
- Experience delivering large, multi-strand evaluations
- Knowledge of policy areas such as counter terrorism, hate crime, and serious organised crime
- Proven ability to manage and deliver projects to timescale and budgets
- Time management skills and ability to work across multiple projects
