Evaluation Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Evaluation Director to join our Crime, Justice and Security team. As a Senior Evaluation Expert, you will play a key role in leading multi-strand evaluations across process, impact, and economic evaluations.
Key Responsibilities- Lead on winning proposals and identify opportunities for growth while supporting the team and wider management of the business.
- Work with clients across the criminal justice system to understand what matters to the public and those within the system.
- Develop and implement evaluation strategies to inform policy and decision-making.
- Collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality research and evaluation projects.
We are looking for a passionate and experienced professional who is committed to making a difference in the criminal justice system and other areas of policy. You will have a strong background in evaluation and research, with experience leading multi-strand evaluations and working with clients across the public sector.
