Director of Research and Evaluation

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Research and Evaluation to lead our team in conducting evaluations that inform policy and service delivery across crime, justice, security, and migration.
About the Role:
- Lead large, multi-strand evaluations (process, impact, and economic) working closely with client and partner stakeholders, as well as internal teams in the UK and internationally.
- Ensure the highest quality outputs and deliver work on time and to budget.
- Contribute to the overall team strategy and plans, identifying opportunities for continued growth and commercial success.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key government departments and stakeholders.
About You:
- Established process and impact evaluation experience, with a proven track record of leading major evaluations that coordinate partnerships and collaborations.
- Mixed methods research skills and knowledge of and experience in the policy area of crime, justice, security, and migration.
- Project management and leading winning bids are critical to success in this role.
