Role Overview

The ACU is seeking a highly skilled Research and Evaluation Officer to join our team. As a key member of our External Affairs Directorate, you will design and deliver impactful research and MEL (monitoring, evaluation and learning) shared services for internal and external clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver research and evaluation projects to support the ACU's strategic priorities
  • Collect, analyze, and report on quantitative and qualitative data to inform program development and evaluation
  • Develop research techniques and contribute to the dissemination of information on program outcomes
  • Work with stakeholders to gather data and evidence to support program evaluation and improvement

Requirements

  • Experience with qualitative data collection methodologies and quantitative/statistical analysis
  • Ability to manage research projects and report on findings
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
