As a member of our Policy and Evaluation team, you will be working closely with the Crime and Justice team to increase understanding of the political, social, and cultural dimensions of crime and behaviour. Our sensitive and complex research is of the highest quality, directly informing policy, practice, and communications within the sector.

You will work alongside other mixed-method researchers who are skilled in evaluation, from RCTs, quasi-experimental designs, and/or impact evaluation. Knowledge in these areas is highly desirable.

This is a full-service research role where you will manage projects through the project cycle from design, analysis to developing recommendations. Ideally, you will be interested in contributing to business development and help write methodology sections on bids. Line management responsibilities are also involved.
