Dedicated Support Worker for Elderly Residents

About the Job
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Care Assistant in one of our complex care homes. As a Care Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring that our residents receive the highest standard of care and support.
Main Duties:
- Support residents with their food and drink, and follow care plans to ensure their needs are met
- Assist residents with their daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and personal care
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, helping them to maintain their independence and dignity

- Experience of caring for older people
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary and Benefits
The salary for this role is £24,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience.
