Compassionate Support Worker

We're seeking a Compassionate Support Worker to join our team as a Regional Care Assistant with Barchester Healthcare. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents, providing them with warm, empathetic, and respectful care and support.
About the RoleThis is a varied role, requiring you to travel across a 20-mile radius to provide care and support to residents in their own homes. You'll be responsible for monitoring the delivery of care, contributing to person-centred care planning, and recording observations on vital signs and other important tasks.
RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you'll need a background in care, preferably with a Level 2 NVQ in Health & Social Care. A good understanding of elderly care and a C or above in GCSE English and Maths are essential. You'll also need to be dedicated and compassionate, with a passion for supporting the wellbeing of residents.
This is a competitive role, offering a salary range of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits and rewards, including a bonus scheme and employee recognition awards.
