Job Description:
The successful candidate will work closely with our educational staff to develop and implement tailored support plans for students with mental health challenges. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as experience working with children with SEN and mental health needs.
Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and other support staff to identify and address student needs
- Develop and implement behavioral interventions and strategies to promote positive student outcomes
- Maintain accurate records and reports on student progress and development
Requirements:
- Diploma or certificate in a relevant field (e.g., counseling, education, social work)
- Experience working with children with SEN and mental health needs
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
