About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Trainee Scheduler to join our team at Trinity Fire & Security Systems. As a Trainee Scheduler, you will play a crucial role in coordinating field engineering activities to meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling Activities: Plan and arrange field engineer appointments to accommodate changing customer requirements and meet our service commitments.
  • Customer Interaction: Provide exceptional customer service whether that's through phone calls or written communication.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with field engineers and other team members to optimize resource allocation and ensure efficient service delivery.
