Key Responsibilities

As a Trainee Scheduler at Trinity Fire & Security Systems, you will be responsible for planning and arranging field engineer appointments to meet customer requirements and service commitments.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Scheduling Activities: Coordinate field engineer appointments to accommodate changing customer needs.
  • Customer Interaction: Provide exceptional customer service through phone and written communication.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with field engineers and team members to optimize resource allocation and serve customers efficiently.
