White Horse Employment is partnering with a leading global business in the consulting and professional services sector, based in the South West region of England, to find a skilled Payroll Administrator. This business has invested heavily in its operations and boasts modern, state-of-the-art offices, creating a great work environment.
In this role, you will be reporting directly to the Financial Controller and will be part of a small team in transactional finance. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to work as part of a dynamic and forward-thinking team and is passionate about their job.
You will be responsible for a wide range of duties, including:
- Overseeing the entire payroll cycle for all staff members.
- Ensuring compliance with HMRC guidelines and submitting RTI reports.
- Handling payroll inquiries from employees and third-party agencies.
- Administering statutory payments such as SSP, SMP, and pension contributions.
- Collaborating with the HR and Finance teams to ensure payroll accuracy.
- Assisting the Finance team with payroll reporting and reconciliation, as well as providing support to the wider finance team.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in payroll and general transactional finance, as well as experience working with different systems.
