Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Disability Support Assistant to join our team at the Young Harrow Foundation. As a key member of our staff, you will provide support to children and young people with special and additional needs, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.

Main Duties:
  • Provide professional care and support to vulnerable individuals, ensuring their needs are met.
  • Develop and maintain individualised care plans, working collaboratively with colleagues and external agencies.
  • Organise and lead engaging activities that cater to diverse interests and abilities.
  • Conduct regular reviews and assessments to ensure the needs of service users are being met.

Salary: £11-£12 per hour

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of health and social care principles, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for supporting vulnerable individuals.
