Care Support Worker

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Care Support Worker to join our team at Creative Support Ltd.
">This role involves supporting individuals with extra care needs, empowering them to improve their quality of life while realizing their hopes and aspirations. You will work in a flexible manner on a roster basis, including evenings, providing support with personal care and domestic tasks.
You must be willing to embrace all aspects of the role, including accessing work, education, and social opportunities. Full training is provided, as well as the opportunity to work towards a QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting individuals with daily living tasks
- Assisting with accessing work, education, and social opportunities
- Providing holistic support for mental, physical, and emotional wellbeing
The estimated salary for this role is £13.60 per hour, depending on experience. Benefits include a probationary bonus, pension contributions, 28 days Annual Leave, and company-paid enhanced DBS.
