About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Putney. This exciting opportunity will provide the successful candidate with a high degree of visibility and the chance to work closely with senior stakeholders and lawyers across the firm.

The ideal candidate will have business development experience within a professional services firm and be able to develop and implement BD plans and client/referrer relationship management best practice. The role will also involve managing tenders and work winning opportunities, attending departmental BD meetings, and working with lawyers and staff to advocate BD and client/referrer relationship management.

The salary for this position is £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer competitive salaries and generous benefits, including pension scheme and annual leave.

What You'll Do
  • Develop and implement business development plans and client/referrer relationship management best practice.
  • Manage tenders and work winning opportunities.
  • Attend departmental BD meetings and work closely with senior stakeholders and lawyers across the firm.
  • Work with lawyers and staff to advocate BD and client/referrer relationship management.
