Job Description: As a member of our E-Systems team, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and profitability through the development and implementation of a commercial strategy. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions that meet financial targets and secure new revenue opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a commercial strategy to drive sales growth and profitability
  • Manage complex customer accounts from a commercial perspective, with a focus on JLR and Ford
  • Analyze financial data to inform business decisions and drive results
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
  • At least 10 years of experience in a commercial role, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Strong understanding of cost drivers, financial analysis, and budgeting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary: $140,000 - $170,000 per annum, depending on experience

Location: Lear Corporation headquarters
