The Role

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant specialising in Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) to support a small group of children across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. As an SEN TA, you will work closely with the class teacher to adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the individual needs of students with ASD.

  3. Implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and monitoring the progress of students against set targets.">
  4. Collaborating with the SENCO and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for each student.">

About You

We are looking for someone with experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in an educational setting. A solid understanding of SEN practices and strategies for supporting children with ASD is essential. Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting children with special educational needs are also crucial.
